Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
How to Return
Contact us at hello@wesora.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 48 hours.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items without original tags
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange and we'll confirm stock before proceeding.
