These Terms of Service govern your use of the SORA website and the purchase of products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time. Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without notice. We strive to display accurate product colors; however, slight variations may occur due to screen calibration.

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Payment is processed securely through PayHere. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the full order amount.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. SORA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy. We reserve the right to reject items that do not meet the stated return conditions.

All content on wesora.store — including images, logos, typography, and copy — is the intellectual property of SORA and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
